C&H Mechanical and Plumbing, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Charles Carter Daniel (Carter) as a commercial construction service-based firm located in Demorest, Georgia. Carter’s goal was to create a company founded on Integrity, Service and Performance. Under Carter's enterprising leadership C&H grew from servicing Ingles Supermarkets to becoming a well-known school and government facilities contractor throughout the state of Georgia. C&H Mechanical eventually grew into a thriving organization with the ability to manage and complete fifteen to twenty projects at any given time. The key to Carter's success was his untarnished reputation for fair and honorable business practices and unwavering dependability. Carter's signature slogan was “We Make It Happen”, a mantra that still drives the company today.
Carter's son, Charles Carter Daniel II (Chad), assumed the role as President in 2013. Continuing the legacy of Integrity, Service and Performance for which Carter was revered, Chad successfully expanded C&H’s project footprint into the institutional and industrial design/build fields with many of the company’s original clients. Such long-term relationships have allowed C&H to set itself apart from other industry competitors. Having successfully completed over a thousand projects ranging from $5,000 to over $9,000,000 in size, C&H has consistently provided clients with the comfort of knowing it will get the job done, regardless of size.
