About C&H Mechanical and Plumbing, Inc.
C&H Mechanical and Plumbing was founded in 1983 and Incorporated in 1984 by Owner Charles Carter Daniel (Carter) and his partner Hoyt Osborne (Bud) as a commercial construction service based firmly in Demorest, Georgia. Carter and Bud were accomplished leaders who developed C&H on a foundation of Integrity, Service, and Performance. It didn't take long for C&H to springboard from its status of North Georgia's industry leader to among the leading Subcontractors in the State of Georgia. To this day, C&H prides itself on the honor of being a vital part of the construction of the many places where Georgian's learn, work, worship, and play.
In 1992, Charles Carter Daniel acquired Mr. Hoyt Osborne interest in C&H Mechanical and Plumbing. Under Carter's enterprising leadership, C&H grew from servicing, Ingles Supermarkets, to becoming a well-known school and government project contractor. Carter quickly expanded the C&H Mechanical from just a few crews maintaining two to three projects at a time to a thriving workplace of over fifty crews able to sustain fifteen to twenty projects simultaneously. A large part of Carter's key to success was his untarnished reputation for fair, honorable practices and unwavering dependability. Carter's signature slogan was "We Make It Happen", a mantra that still drives the company today, C&H mechanical built a strong foundation of successful relationships with customers by ensuring the completion of a job in a timely manner and to the utmost standards.
Upon Carter's passing in April 2013 his son Charles Carter Daniel II (Chad) humbly stepped in as President. Upholding the reputation of Integrity, Service, and Performance, for which Carter was revered, Chad has successfully accelerated C&H to new heights. Through Chad's innovation and determination, C&H expanded into institutional, industrial and design and build fields with many of the original clients from when the company was first founded to current day. Lifelong relationships such as those are what sets C&H mechanical apart from other industry competitors. Having successfully completed over a thousand projects ranging from $5K to over $9million in individual contract size, C&H consistently provides clients with the comfort of knowing we will get the job done no matter the size.
